And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.

Programme

Music

An enticing and multifaceted electronic programme, ranging from downbeat, over house and techno – and nearly every genre in between – will promise an unforgettable weekend! And of course we have a magical lineup for lovers of live-music in the making. You will find out who will mesmerise us on location!

Experience Grounds

Through dancing, yoga, meditation, learning and playing we create connections to ourselves and to others. At the Experience Grounds, we want you to try out new things, have fun and create a safe space where you can be free and reveal what is deep inside you.

Art

You will find many large and small art works on site. You’ll also be able to screen print second hand textiles or pimp your own clothes at the screen-print stall.

Cuisine

Our kitchen prepares fresh, vegetarian meals daily. Part of the proceeds will go into the sustainable housing project on which grounds the festival takes place. To satisfy your bellies during the night, some stalls will be serving delicious snacks as well.

Tickets

Tickets sold out!

We have reached full capacity and are sold out completely.

Because the vibe is small and intimate and our infrastructure is laid out for a certain amount of people, we have limited the amount of available tickets.

Therefore, we we need to inform you that hard-ticket holders only will be able to access the festival. We will neither be selling any tickets at the door, nor are there any one-day tickets available.

FAQs

IF I CAN’T COME, CAN I GET A REFUND AT ONE OF THE SELLING POINTS?

Unfortunately we cannot reimburse any tickets. However, you can still try to sell your tickets on the F***book-Eventpage

WILL THERE BE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR OR ANY DAY-TICKETS AVAILABLE?

We have reached our full capacity and won’t offer day-tickets or tickets at the door. If you don’t have a ticket, you will not be allowed to enter the festival grounds. We will not accept e-tickets/print-at-home-tickets/online-tickets. Official hardtickets only!

ARE KIDS ALLOWED TO COME TO THE FESTIVAL? DO I HAVE TO BUY A TICKET FOR HER/HIM TOO?

Kids are very welcome at Conscious Madness. That’s why they will have their own space to play, called KIDSCORNER!

There will be a programme during the day and we invite parents, kids and friends to be creative, play, discover and experiment together. Please note – we don’t offer child supervision while you go dancing all day! We want the kids to realise what a sustainable and conscious festival can look like and that’s why we have chosen to use upcycled and natural materials for the activities offered here.

Please bring sufficient hearing protection for your little ones, as it can get quite loud at the music stages.

Kids are allowed to move freely on the festival grounds during the day and must be accompanied during the night. However, only adults may enter the BONKER!

We are a family-friendly festival and kids under the age of 13 are welcome and can come for free with their parents. Kids older than this require a ticket.

Fire / Pyrotechnics / Fireworks / Konfetti / Drones

Please don’t! Strictly forbidden at the festival.

Dogs and other pets

Dogs need to be kept on a leash on the festival grounds because there are lots of kids around. Please don’t bring other pets to the festival.

Weather

Of course we will be blessed with the best weather possible. But in case it does get a bit wet, don’t forget your raincoat, umbrella and gumboots.

The lake is a sensitive ecosystem

Please don’t use shower gel or soap in the lake. Many sunscreens contain poisonous components which need to be washed off before entering the lake.

Entry to the festival

You may enter the festival on Friday, 30.08 at 12:00 noon. By Monday, 02. September at 3 pm everyone must have left the site.

The official program starts on Friday at 4 pm and ends on Sunday at 8 pm.

Rubbish bags, cigarette butts, water bottles

You will receive a portable ashtray from us at the entrance and info point so you won’t have to leave the dance floor to but your ciggie out.

However, we would like to ask you to bring your own rubbish bag and to keep the amount of waste packaging you bring to the festival to a minimum.

You can fill your own bottles with fresh drinking water on site.

Food and Accommodation

All you need, is your camping gear and a little bit of pocket money for the whole weekend. There will be a couple of food stalls and bars as well as free water points, showers and toilets.

We will offer cool drinks at the bars and delicious fresh meals from our kitchen. There will also be filled vegetarian pita, fries and pizza. Everything will be offered at a fair price and we invite you to support our festival with your contribution.

Of course, you may also bring your own food and drinks. Please be aware that the closest supermarkets, petrol stations and ATMs are 18km away and most stores are closed on Sundays! So please make sure you bring enough provisions and pocket money for the whole weekend.

Can I get to the festival via public transport?

Please organise your own transport to and from the festival. There won’t be a shuttle service from the train station to the festival!

We believe that the most environmentally friendly and flexible way to get to and from Coolmühle is by train and bike. If you don’t come with a bike, you can share a taxi from Wittstock for about 20€.

The train ride from Berlin Gesundbrunnen to the closest train station near to the festival (Wittstock/Dosse) takes around 2 hours. From there you will need about another hour by bike to the location.

There is a public bus (746) going from the train station (Wittstock/Dosse) directly to the festival grounds on Friday and Monday. Please check these connections yourself. https://www.vbb.de/fahrinfo
